We offer a “NO EXCUSES” guarantee. If active bedbug infestation isfound in your home within 90 days of the date of fumigation, we will re-fumigate or treat infestations at no charge. Evidence that shows the original infestation were not eliminated, we will re-fumigate your structure at no charge (very rare). A fumigant has no residue and no residual effect. Therefore, new infestation can occur after 90 days. Due to the constant monitoring, it is generally easy to differentiate between old and new infestations.  Clients that are having their contents fumigated off-site and their premises treated for bedbugs must obtain NESDCA certified canine inspection of their premises inspected prior to the return of their fumigated contents.
