Our “No Excuses” Guarantee

If active bed bug infestation is found within 90 days of your fumigation, we will re-fumigate or treat the infestation at no charge.

If evidence shows the original infestation was not eliminated (very rare), we will re-fumigate your structure at no cost.

Because fumigants leave no residue and no residual effect, new infestations can occur after 90 days. However, due to our monitoring process, it is generally easy to distinguish between old and new infestations.

Important Note:
Clients who have contents fumigated off-site and their premises treated must obtain a NESDCA-certified canine inspection before returning fumigated contents to the property.
